    Merissa

    He is captivating.
A walking contradiction with dark ink hidden beneath an expensive three piece suit.
A man who visits my dreams, a frustrating reminder that he is unattainable.
    He has a girlfriend.
He walked into my life for a reason, a forbidden indulgence, maybe.
The universe is surely not that cruel.

    Seth

    She is breathtaking.
A woman who intrigues my mind and body.
Thoughts of her breathe life into my days, and exhale fantasies at night.
She makes me want things I’ve never had, but always desired.
She’s more than just a blip on my radar.
I don’t hold back. If I want something, it’s mine.

  • Ice (Galaxy Alien Mail Order Brides) by Michelle M. Pillow

She’s hot. She’s sexy. She’s everything a lonely alien could want… except for the part where she captures him and puts him in a cage.

Alpha male alien Izotz (aka Ice Storm Chaos) isn’t one for space exploration. He finds enough action fighting for survival on his frozen tundra of a home world. When the promises of Galaxy Alien Mail Order Brides tempt his brothers into signing up for a trip to Earth, he’s hard-pressed to say no to the fantasy. Not many remain on the planet of Sintaz, and this may be his only chance to find a mate to warm the freezing nights. What he hadn’t planned on was the fact the woman of his dreams would want to capture him and put him in a cage.

When Elle took the mercenary job hunting UFOs, she thought it would be an easy paycheck from an eccentric, crazy man. Little did she know extraterrestrials were real and freaking sexy to boot. If she can ignore the blue skin, surely this hunky alien can overlook the fact she’s the reason he’s now her boss’ science experiment.

  • Seventeen Shades of Love by Olga Toprover

This book is a collection of romantic, sentimental short stories.
“SEVENTEEN SHADES OF LOVE”: After her divorce Julia was able to take everything under control and to move on. She became successful and happy. There is no place for romance in her life. But is it possible to live without love?
“HOW TO BECOME A STAR”: People often ask Maddy how to become a star. She doesn’t know, she can only tell the story of her own. It begins with her happy marriage…
“A HAPPY ENDING IN A BIG CITY”: She travels from one city to another, meeting the same kind of men who always abandon her. She doesn’t know that the true love is waiting for her far, far away.
“RICHARD’S MISTAKE”: He is suspicious about his wife. She is hiding something. And then this phone number… Is she cheating on him? Richard is going to find out…
And more stories… They are nostalgic and dreamy but by no means they are fantasy or fairy tales. These romance stories center around ordinary people who are swept away by love and passion. It is all truth. Adventurous and glamorous things might happen to everyone. They happen to all of us although sometimes we just don’t realize.
“Just think of the color and vivacity that love can bring back into your life. You know, they say there are seventeen shades of love!”
“Seventeen shades?” Julia sobbed even louder. “What am I supposed to do with that?”
(A quote from the story with the same title as this book)
This book is a collaboration with artist Larissa Makeeva. Her fascinating art helps to color up the narrative and the characters in charming bright tones.

  • UNSCREWED by Ren Alexander

    Greg Rodwell.

The myth, the man, the legend.

Yeah. I’m none of that crap.

    Okay. I’m a man. There’s that much.

Almost everyone calls me Rod, whether I like it or not. I’m the guy others look to for a laugh, a dirty joke, a distraction—the office clown. Even my best friend, Hadley, laughs.

It’s just that, I’m not always laughing. Not even on the inside. Nobody knows the real Greg or the agony I hide with humor. My recently dead sister had a clue, but she’s in no position to blab. I screwed up big time—then and now—but it’s all my undoing. Through everything, Hadley’s been my cure and my curse. And I fell in love with my married best friend. But she wasn’t always married, and I wasn’t always broken.

I had a millisecond of a chance, but I blew it, siding with morality. What guy does that? And sailing that sinking ship all the way down, I sacrificed my wants for her needs. Doing that, I fathered a kid with the office trouser troll. Stupid? Hell to the yes. Because now, regardless of the grand total, I want something I can’t have. Integrity and my sanity be damned.

But nobody, especially Hadley, can know the real Greg Rodwell, my tortured soul, my unashamed love, or my darkest truth, because it wouldn’t just blow her mind.

It would rock our damn world.

Although UNSCREWED is a standalone, you’ll achieve maximum shock and awe if the Wild Sparks series and The Keys to Jericho are read first.
