Pretty, blond, twenty-two year old Keiran is a painter. He doesn’t want to work a normal job, slaving away in an office, he wants to be an artist, he always has. But his parents, although very accepting of the fact that he’s incredibly gay, just can’t stand for him sitting around painting all the time.

So under the pressure of his parents, Keiran takes a soul-sucking job at a bank, and he’s just about to quit, too, if his repulsive boss pisses him off just one more time. But suddenly, his boss is gone, replaced by the most magnetic, gorgeous man he’s ever seen in his life.

Tall, dark and handsome, Richard has been working his way up the ranks of the bank for a while, and is now Keiran’s manager. But he’s always dreamed of doing something else, going to Law School and studying environmental law. It’s just that he’s very good at his job – which is why beautiful Keiran is far too much of a distraction.

When Richard and Keiran find themselves inexorably drawn to each other, despite how very forbidden it is, both have to ask themselves key questions about their hearts and their careers – and figure out how to follow their dreams and be with the one they love.
