About Ann Bradford

Romance and erotica author Ann Bradford was born and raised on the prairies. She loves her rural lifestyle and hopes the passion for the simpler things in life slips into her writing. A romantic at heart, Ann enjoys nature, reading, and spending time with her family and St Bernard. Ann is happily married with two children and works for a non-profit organization.

I'm just a romantic at heart and feel every story deserves to be told.

I let things emerge and allow my story to take me by surprise. I am a firm believer in the magic of writing and trust my creativity. My first drafts are raw but contain all the basic plot elements. It’s in the third and fourth drafts that I really focus on the elements of plot and character growth.

Of course, who wouldn't want to have a deep conversation with Brother James…

Find people who get how hard it is to write a good love story to support you. Then write a good love story.

With each story I choose the best publisher for that story and go from there. I love working with a publisher because they come with a family of writers and with great experience I can learn from, but I also chose to turn down a few contracts and self-publish Full Trust because it was what was best for that particular story.

Over my years, I've seen it change drastically and I expect to see these changes continue.
