What inspires you to write romance books?<\/b>
\nI’ve had a love affair with the genre for the last 20 years. The idea of making this world happier, with hotter sex drives me!<\/p>\n
Tell us about how you write:<\/b>
\nUsually late at night, like many writers. Pot of tea on the stove, music blasting in my ears, and I go with the Night Writers group on Facebook!<\/p>\n
Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?<\/b>
\nI dictate what they do, but they sort of tell the story from their point of view.<\/p>\n
What advice would you give other writers?<\/b>
\nStudy the genre, read what you like and do it often!<\/p>\n
How did you decide how to publish your books?<\/b>
\nI don’t believe in wasting time as an “indie” author when the return on investment of time starts out in the negative. I went with a traditional, yet small and new, e-publisher based on a girlfriend’s recommendation and have been stoked to be with them since.<\/p>\n
What do you think about the future of book publishing?<\/b>
\nIt’s definitely changing, that’s for sure!<\/p>\n
