About the author:

Audrie Rain is an erotica writer and novelist. She is a geek at heart with a wild, eccentric imagination. Nothing tickles her fancy more than learning new things and daveling in the world of fantasy.

What inspired you to write your book?

I write my fantasies.

Here is a short sample from the book:

I looked down, and as the candlelight flickered and danced on his face, "What gem could you be but an emerald?”
“Yes. You are my Emerald,” he took a few deep breaths, “Opal, find Emerald a loft in the harem. She's here to stay.”
Opal lifted herself off of the King. She lie beside him a moment catching her breath and looked up at me.
“I want you to sleep with me tonight,” she said.
I could feel my face express surprise. I did not know what to say. I did not know if that was allowed or if I could refuse.
She reached for my hand. I did not know what else to do but take it. She gracefully swung her leg over the bed and helped me to stand. She picked up the jeweled shawl that Diamond had originally given me and draped it over my shoulders. Holding my hand, she pulled me across the room to the table and the lounges where Sapphire and Pearl still sipped their wine. She did not bother to cover herself and stood completely naked before them.
“Does she taste as good as me?” Sapphire asked.
“Better!” Opal said.
Sapphire huffed and flung her hand in the air at her.
Opal handed me my glass of wine, took hers, and pulled me out of the room. She took me down a long hallway and into a library. This room was beautifully decorated in ornately carved, wood shelving with a large wrapped desk and a few chaise lounges. She pulled me towards one of the bookshelves, all of which wrapped around the entirety of the circular room, creating a wallpaper of real bookshelves. She pulled on a large hanging tassel, and a bookshelf creaked and opened to reveal a passageway lit by flaming torches mounted to the walls. I sucked in my breath in surprise, and she smirked at me.
“Our harem chambers are hidden for our safety,” she explained.
Still holding my hand, she pulled me down the corridor which opened up into the most beautiful room I had ever seen. Waterfalls dominated the far corner of the vast space with a small lagoon beneath filled with lily pads and white flowers. To the left was a blossoming garden with pedestals, archways, and marble benches. To the right, was a network of large fabric tents draped in fine silks of brilliant colors. She pulled me to the end of the row and into a white and gold tent. Each layer of fabric was lined with gold lace and studded with jewels. A hammock, a few chairs, a lounge area, a desk, a gorgeous and regal bed frame, a bookshelf, and a large standing cabinet furnished the room. She pulled me to the bed and sat, patting the cushion beside her.
I sat on the bed and she immediately took my face in her hands and began kissing me again.
“Wait,” I said stopping her.
“No, you're mine when you're not the King's. This is how this works. You're the new gem, and I helped deflower you as a gem for the King. You gave your life and body to the harem and the pleasure of your body to the King, did you not?” she asked.
Confused, I said, “Well, yes, but I didn't know what all the rules were. Did I also give my body to your pleasure?”
“Would you rather have this life or that one?” she asked flipping her hand in the air avoiding the question.
She knew nothing about my life, but still knew this one was better.
I hung my head.
“We do not force each other here; we submit out of love and obedience,” she said pulling my chin up to kiss me again.
“We should bathe. I know the King will want to enjoy you again tomorrow,” she smiled, her voice ringing like a bell. She skipped and twirled around the room as she collected a few robes.
“Come with me,” she instructed.
I merely followed her, and she took me to the waterfall. We delicately stepped over the rocks with our bare feet and walked behind the waterfall to enter a glittering room of pools, showers, and baths. All over, precious gems and rock formations decorated the room on display on pedestals or resting on the floor if they were very large. I stared at a massive crystallized cluster of amethyst as she guided me to a shower.
She spent the evening washing my body and my hair, petting every inch of my body. She washed my body twice, being gentle with my breasts that she knew were sore from the King's hands. She paid special attention to my treasure. She got on her knees, facing me, under the falling, warm water, her face inches away from my treasure and lightly rubbed the lathered sponge over skin.
“Spread your legs for me,” she instructed.

    Kydona by Thomas Krug

    0 out of 5

Named for heaven, the kingdom of Elessia once served as a beacon to the world. Now its name has become a byword for decadence. When Lord Prince Marcus hears the beginnings of a vast conspiracy from the lips of his dying mother, he sets out to uncover the motives lurking behind the war his father waged. With the help of Kaelyn—a sharp-tongued courtesan nursing a long-hidden desire—and Vernon de Gauthier—a near-disturbingly prolific womanizer with a weakness for apples—Marcus slowly unearths the truth: his country lies on the brink of collapse. And soon, the vanquished nation of Kydona will rise to settle a generation-old score.

In Elessia’s debauched court, the threat goes unheeded. Marcus’s romances bloom and just as quickly wither. Blood is shed, lives extinguished. It matters little. Quarrel and murder, lust and love, right and wrong—the lines that separate these are hopelessly blurred in the throes of court intrigue. And the difference between each rests on a knife edge so sharp that even a hero cannot tell them apart.

Mea Culpa, The Sins of Brother Lyons is a lurid , lush BDSM novella containing maledom and femdom scenarios, as well as vivid imageries of bisexuality in an elegant writing style reminiscent of A.N. Roquelaure’s Sleeping Beauty Chronicles.

In 1581 Brother Lyons dePauillac said good-bye to the clositered, celibate life he’d known for thirty years. Niether God or the Order of Surein could hold back pent up desires he’d denyed since the peak of their awakening. To live as a man and not a Monk would take him on a 200 mile journey from St Esthèphe, France to Paris. The raging hormones of a teenager had never been satisfied and the beautiful naievete of his body and his mind made him the object of lust for women and men of all ages and perversions. Lyons, the man, eagerly obliged his awakenings and their curiosity, but Lyons the servant of God lived in constant torment over his sinful acts. Somehow, he simply could not stop himself. Excitement mixed with guilt and repentance was a powerful aprodisiac for his starving libido. His sexual enthusiams rewarded him with many and various gifts. He arrived in Paris armed with a letter of introduction to the Court of King Henry and more importantly his powerful wife, Catherine DeMedici. Neither King Henry’s court , France or Lyons would ever be the same.
