About the author:
Penelope Ryan writes scorching-hot romances (Want a dose of plot with your smut?). She also writes erotic short stories under the name Maisy March.
What inspired you to write your book?
I started writing erotic short stories about a year ago and have had so much fun publishing them on Amazon (with tons of readers and followers!). I thought I'd try my hand at an erotic romance book, and it's been so much fun!
I hope you enjoy the book as much as I enjoyed writing it. 🙂
Here is a short sample from the book:
I punch in the code to my apartment building, and we go inside, up the stairs, and are soon at my apartment door. I fumble with the keys, suddenly nervous.
This will be my first time having sex with someone since I broke up with Alec. My first time having sex with someone I don’t really know. A complete stranger. And while the butterflies in my stomach are mainly from excitement, they’re also from nerves.
I finally get the door open, and we stumble inside. I flip the lights on, setting my purse down on the counter. Max comes up behind me, wrapping his arms around my waist from behind. I smile, leaning my head back on his shoulder.
He kisses my neck, and I sigh.
“When did you decide you wanted to invite me up?” he asks me, pausing his kissing to wait for my answer.
I feel a blush creep up my cheeks. I turn my face to look at him. “Almost immediately,” I admit.
He grins, his fingers snaking under my tank top to grip the bare skin of my waist. “Well, I’m glad,” he says before continuing to kiss my neck. His fingers trail across my stomach, then up and up and up, cupping my breasts above my shirt.
I take in a shuddering breath.
“Mia?” he murmurs in my ear.
“Yeah?” I breathe.
“Do you want me to fuck you?”
My eyes widen. It’s exactly what I want, and the way he says it sends heat spiraling through my core. Alec never talked to me like that.
“Yes,” I say.
