I’m highly motivated and passionate about learning all I can in areas of my interest and then writing books on the subject in order to add value to the lives of others who seek how-to, practical information and answers that they can then incorporate into their current life situation to get the results that they are looking for in each area.
What inspired you to write your book?
To use all my experience and knowledge I have acquired over the years to inspire others to create lasting change in their physiques and health.
