About the author:
I live in Ontario with my family and enjoy writing short stories and romance.
Here is a short sample from the book:
“Hello Thomas, it’s nice to see you.”
“Hello Sara, I missed you yesterday.”
My heart skipped a beat he missed me? Did that mean A.J. was right, did he really like me?
“P-pardon?”
“I missed you; I had to deal with subpar service in New York yesterday.”
“Oh,” the hope I was feeling deflated, so he didn’t miss me just the service I provide. Yep a man like him would never be interested in me for any other reason than to serve him his food and clean up after him.
“Makes me appreciate what I have more,” he said softly as his intense eyes burned into me.
I couldn’t look away he had me hypnotized, my eyes rested on his full lips and watched in fascination as he licked the bottom one then bit down on it. Was he doing it on purpose to tease me or was it just a reflex for him? Either way I whimpered as I felt myself go wet between the thighs. Luckily, I always walked with an extra pair of underwear since meeting him.
“Are you okay Sara?” he asked softly his voice a caress over my heated skin.
I nodded embarrassed and unaware that he had heard me. His soft hand touched my wrist, and a jolt of electricity ran through my body that I felt it in my bones. I moved my hand away and knocked the glass of ice water over spilling it onto his lap.
“Oh my god I’m so sorry,” I said falling to my knees in front of him, grabbing a handful of napkins from the table and began mopping up his lap.
“Sara, it's okay I can—”
“No please let me,” I said continuing to clean up the mess I made hoping I wouldn’t be fired this time around.
His hands grabbed both my wrists stalling them forcing me to look up from my kneeling position in front of him. I looked at his crotch then back at him realizing what I had been doing unconsciously and blushed to my dark roots in embarrassment.
“Its okay I got this, don’t worry it’s just water,” he said helping me up.
“I’m sorry Thomas, I—”
“It’s no big deal, no harm done,” he said putting a finger on my lips before rubbing his thumb over them. I stick my tongue out and flick it against his thumb, it was as if someone had taken over my body or dared me to take a taste of him.
I saw his eyes darken and heard a sigh behind me. I looked around the room and realized we had an audience; I moved away putting some space between us before I looked at him.
“Thank you, did you still want to order?” I asked him breathlessly hoping he would say no and I could go and die of embarrassment in the back if I wasn’t fired for harassing one of our customers.
“Of course, I’ll have my usual,” he said sitting down and putting his napkin onto his lap.
