About the author:
I am a writer by day and an erotic fiction writer by night. Obviously I do sleep, but writing is my life. I save the naughtier stuff for the evenings when my husband and I can test the material. In my non-erotic life I write short stories and poetry, some published, and am midway through my first (hopefully) novel.
I am in my forties and proud of it.
What inspired you to write your book?
I started writing erotic fiction for fun and decided to show a friend one day. She told me there was a market for it (she didn't know just how many erotic fiction authors there are out there, clearly) and I should write more. This was most interesting because my friend is quite a prude and very naive when it comes to sex. I just thought I would give it a go! I am a wife and mother but I know how to have sex, I can fantasise with the best of them and I know how to write. Combination found!
Here is a short sample from the book:
“I was dancing, and this woman came over to me on the dance floor and started to dance with me. She was kind of close and all over me and it was clear she wanted to get even closer know what I mean?” Debbie was blushing now.
“Ok. But she was probably just drunk or having a really good time.”
“I know. But I liked it. It felt kind of, well, she tried to kiss me as we danced, Carla!”
“You were enjoying yourself. Surely Ben could see that. Was he dancing, too?”
“Ben sat at the bar watching.” Debbie said, carefully watching her friend’s reaction.
“Oh, so what? Ben got jealous of some girl trying to kiss his wife. Big deal. It’s not like you left with her or anything Debs. You didn’t, did you?”
“Ben wasn’t angry, Carla. He was enjoying the show. He sat there visibly with his hand on his crotch. He was turned on by it.” Debbie was blushing furiously now. “On the way home, he asked me why I didn’t kiss the girl back.”
