Here is a short sample from the book:
He was just a few inches taller than me, so I only had to look up a little to meet his eyes. He chuckled and pushed my jaw down so I was staring at his collarbone. I started to open my mouth and ask just what the hell was going on, but he gently slid one rough finger over my lips, hushing me. His grip was firm, but I still felt that I could pull away if I had to, that he was giving me a choice. He grabbed the paper from my hand and I jumped. He smiled (it was a great smile) and held it up for me. There, on the back where I hadn’t looked, it said, “Safeword: Belladonna”. He quirked an eyebrow at me and moved his finger a breath away from my lips.
