About the author:
Bri Stone is happy to be a contemporary romance fiction writer; creating anyone and anything in the romantic world of sins and secrets, lies, and scandal. If she isn't writing, she is probably reading, binge watching anything on Netflix, or imaging crazy scenarios in her head that will probably never happen. When she is not spending time with her imaginary book friends, she is buried in her Pre-Med classes at the University of Iowa, and a happy English major.
What inspired you to write your book?
I love the holidays and the Christmas season, so I wanted to write something short and sweet for everyone to enjoy!
Here is a short sample from the book:
EXCERPT:
“But you haven’t ever been before. So why come now?”
I look in her eyes as I lean closer, “because I heard you were coming.”
Her eyes gleam as she shakes her head. “Yeah, right.” Her laugh is amused and in disbelief. She must be the type to not know the effect she has. How beautiful she is, and fucking sexy.
“Come on, we don’t have to pretend. I want you, you want me.”
“Who says I want you?” Her stare doesn’t falter as she looks in my eyes. I move so my knee presses between her legs, until the vice of her inner thighs stops me.
“No one. But the blush in your cheeks and neck does.” I let my fingertips brush the hollow of her collarbone. I don’t give a shit about being in public. I just want her, right fucking now.
“And the way you’ve pressed your thighs together since we’ve been sitting here.”
She swallows, her gaze falling to my lips and then back up to my eyes. Her gorgeous swells of brown eyes are intoxicating. “So?” She is a little more than a whisper.
“So, how about we go back to our hotel room?”
