“If you like Game Of Thrones then you will love this modern adaptation. Terribly explicit, simply delightful the only thing missing is the fiery massacre. You will get attached to The Lamb that lay down with The Wolf. Good luck!” – Maxim Ed

Ever since Lucy’s last visit to see her cousin in Sweden some 15 years ago, Lucy Fellows had developed a self-confessed obsession with all things Scandinavian. It was during that visit she discovered her first feelings of true love; swept up and ravaged by Elias, a 6ft blonde Adonis who emerged from the crystal-clear waters of the nearby swimming lake. Now at the age of 39, single and childfree, she was excited to be reuniting with cousin Christina and her new husband Eric Karlsson. Lucy secretly hoping their planned 3-day trip to Iceland would forge lasting memories and go some way toward binding this splintered family together once more.

Christina had every reason to stay in Sweden following the break-up of her marriage to Olas (a two-timing factory worker from Gothenburg). Eric Karlsson worked at her local farm shop and it was from this vantage point he had stealthily observed Christina’s marriage fall apart. Waiting patiently for his moment, Eric set about removing Christina’s vulnerability with his own ‘special’ formula of loving.

After 15 years, will the meet-up of the two cousins be as smooth as the black sands of Reynisfjara or as heated as the volcanic rock of Helka? Will the man mountain that is Eric be irresistibly drawn to the vulnerable charm of spinster Lucy or can he resist satisfying his hunger for the fruit forbidden?
