What inspires you to write romance books?
Song. I love music and there are some great wordsmiths in music. I hear a song and it gives me a feeling of a story or an idea.

Tell us about how you write:
I write because there is a fire that burns inside of me to tell stories. I can’t stop it and I’ve never been able to stop it.

Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I listen to them. When there is an argument between them, they are always trying to get me to be on their side, but I can’t. I just can’t take sides.

What advice would you give other writers?
Listen to your heart. Think about the situations you found yourself in whether they were break-ups or hook-ups. What was appealing about those moments or what made you cringe? Those are things that give birth to amazing stories of loves won and lost.

How did you decide how to publish your books?
My husband told me that I should. He read several stories I had written and it was all his encouragement.

What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I think there is room in the future for all sorts of publishing, whether it is traditional or self publishing. I think there is a spot where we all can grown and learn from what is happening in the industry.

What genres do you write:: romance, science fiction, contemporary

What formats are your books in: eBook
