What inspires you to write romance books?
Romance is a part of most peoples’ lives, so it seems a natural part of literary life as well.I

Tell us about how you write:
I’m an intuitive writer – I don’t outline or plan. I have a rough idea of setting and characters, and then sit down and write a book organically, allowing my characters to drive the plot. It’s messy and it requires plenty of revision, but it feels right.

Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I do. They tend to live their lives while I observe and follow their lead!

What advice would you give other writers?
Think outside the box. Rather than writing the usual genre romance, I write cross-genre work in which romance and other action play an equally important rold.

How did you decide how to publish your books?
I’m a freelance editor with many self-published clients. They inspired me to pull my first novel from the depths of my computer and publish it. It helped me immensely to know exactly what my authors go through to self-publish and self-promote.

What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Books will always be with us. The issues will continue to be with marketing – finding a niche within an ever-expanding market.

What genres do you write:: Speculative fiction with a romantic twist

What formats are your books in: Both eBook and Print
