Author Interview: Garriema Shah

About the author:
Myself Garriema Shah, a typical Taurus girl, strong headed, now developed a habit of straight-talking without any diversions. Born & brought up in Northern part of India, which is considered to be a very conservative sort of region in India especially for females, which actually drove me to be more descriptive in my writing!

What inspires you to write romantic fiction?
Since Romance is the most beautiful part of everyone's life, so it gives me more leverage to be more present in fantasy world and I can imagine and write to any extent which actually inspires me to write romantic fiction at length. Romantic stories can be never ending if readers allow!

Tell us about how you write.
Sometimes when I feel some moment or situation strongly then I get inspired to explain my feelings in the form of writing. Those moments or situation can be of someone's else or mine, depends on how I accept the feeling!

Do you listen to or talk to to your characters?
I feel the character and I become one of them, so it becomes more easier for me to feel and see the world from character's point of view which makes writing more interesting.

What advice would you give other romance writers?
Since I've penned 3 romantic fiction till now, so I would advice to keep experimenting, keep writing whatever you feel like at any given point of time. At the end, romance is a romance, its sort of fantasy world for all the writers to start with. We writers have the privilege to freely pen down our emotions except it should not hurt in general!

How did you decide how to publish your books?
Well Amazon gave the platform to publish my books plus it has the royalty option as well!

What do you think about the future of book publishing?
For writers it is damn great platform to showcase their talent worldwide! And for publishers they can have amazing stories at the tap of a click!
