Seven for a Secret by Rumer Haven

Book Description
It’s the year 2000, and twenty-four-year-old Kate moves into a new apartment to find a new state of independence in a new millennium. Almost immediately, she starts crushing on a hot guy who lives in her building. Deciding to take a break from her boyfriend Dexter, Kate believes the only thing now separating her from the fresh object of her sexual fantasies is the thin wall between their neighboring apartments.

A former 1920s hotel, Camden Court has housed many lonely lives over the decades—and is where a number of them have come to die. They’re not all resting in peace, however, including ninety-year-old Olive, who dropped dead in Kate’s apartment and continues to make her presence known.

For Olive has a secret she’s dying to tell. One linking her to the sex, scandal, and sacrifice of a young dreamer named Lon. As the past haunts the present, Kate’s romantic notion that the thrill-of-the-chase beats the reality-after-the-catch unexpectedly entwines her modern-day love life with Lon’s Jazz Age tragedy.

With a little supernatural and a lotta’ razzle-dazzle, Seven for a Secret is where historical fiction meets contemporary rom-com—from the Roaring Twenties when the “New Woman” was born, to the modern Noughties when she really came of age.

Perdition House Part 1 An Erotic Saga by Bonnie Edwards

perditionebook-small-503x800Welcome to Perdition House: a house of sin, secrets and seduction.
Previously published under the title Midnight Confessions…
Ghost stories are not always frightening. Sometimes they’re cheeky, naughty and often erotic…

When Faye Grantham inherits Perdition House, her family’s secret shame, she expects to sell the property for millions and marry her long time fiancé.
But the spirits who still reside in the mansion have other ideas. Trapped in the bordello, the women who lived and worked there wait to tell their stories to Faye.
The “girls” don’t just hang around waiting. They control Faye’s libido, influence her decisions and drive her into the arms of two very different men.
Liam Watson wears comfort like most men wear cologne. With an interest in adventurous sex, he’s more man than he first seems.
Mark McLeod is a strong, decisive businessman who was not meant to be more than a hot one-night stand. But Mark is in no hurry to end their liaison, and hopes to continue Faye’s lessons in sensuality.
As Faye becomes enthralled with the mansion, she’s embroiled in a life-changing situation that has her re-examining her engagement, her business decisions, and her beliefs about herself.
As the spirits reveal themselves one by one, Faye learns their stories: how they came to Perdition House, why they joined the women there and some of the secrets that only a high-class bordello could hold.
But can decades-old secrets affect Faye’s life today?

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I’ve always been fascinated by ghost stories and could never understand why they were generally about evil ghosts. So, I wanted to write about ADULT mischievous spirits who mess with the living in a fun, sexy way.

What better place to set that idea than a haunted brothel inhabited by the spirits of the women who worked, lived and fell in love there?

What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I thought the eroticism behind having sex with an invisible entity sexually stimulating, although it seems frightening how would you like to have that sexual turn on any time you want, not knowing what it has in store for you and what pleasure you get to partake in. Your own private sex play toy. The thought of describing something entering you and fondling you that you cannot see was in fact very fun to write about.

69 INCHES OF STEEL by Darrin Mason

69inchesofsteel.coverJonathon Steel is everything Serena wants in a man. He is sexy, successful, and mysterious. Sure, the dollars and fancy cars and holidays to exotic places are attractive, but his dark side, that which showed itself in the best-selling horror novels he wrote and which was forged by a lifetime of anger and pain, is the one thing that intrigues and attracts her more than anything else. Never in her wildest dreams did she think his dark side would prove to be so dark.

Targeted Audience: 21 +

Author Bio:
Darrin Mason has worked much of his adult life as a freelance cartoonist (he is an Australian Cartoon Award winner) whose work has appeared in a number of Australian newspapers and magazines (People magazine and The Truth newspaper to name but two) and as a producer at 4BC radio in Brisbane, Australia. He is one hell of a funny guy with a dark sense of humor who now writes stories that make as much light as possible of the things he finds there. Above all else though, he is a fan of Batman. (The 1960s TV version, the late 1980s/early 1990s Michael Keaton version, and the Christopher Nolan/Christian Bale trilogy are the only ones that matter. You can forget the rest). As the Metallica song goes, nothing else matters.

Rose House is patterned after an old home I lived in where I always though there should be secret passageways. The Scent of Roses was the result of my imaginings of how these passageways could have been used.
