What inspires you to write romance books?
I write my deepest, darkest fantasies– what I always wished I could find in romances– spanking!! It’s my kink and when I discovered that there was actually a genre catering to those of my ilk, I heard the angels singing!

Tell us about how you write:
I do try to outline first, otherwise I will inevitably end up with rewrites. I usually have a scene or two in my head and I go from there, getting to know my characters as I chew on it.

Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
My characters show up more in 3rd person. 🙂

What advice would you give other writers?
I really say – write what you want to read – and don’t self-edit the deep/dark parts – because that’s where all the life is! I had a lot of shame around my first few books because I was still embarrassed about being into spanking. Now I’m more willing to dig into what I used to hide.

How did you decide how to publish your books?
I discovered the spanking romance genre and it was a match made in heaven. There are several publishers that specialize in the genre, and they are wonderful to work with.

What do you think about the future of book publishing?
I don’t think ebooks will ever replace print books; rather, I think ebooks are a new market altogether. It’s a very exciting time to be an author!

What genres do you write:: historical romance, spanking romance, paranormal romance

What formats are your books in: Both eBook and Print
