What inspires you to write romance books?
As a teenager I enjoyed reading the Mills and Boon series. I’m a sucker for love stories, love movies. I saw “The Sound of Music” many times as well as “Love Story.” I enjoy reading authors like Nicholas Sparks. I always have romance on my mind.
Tell us about how you write:
My stories will make you laugh, cry and even scratch your head in disbelief.
Do you listen (or talk to) to your characters?
I write from the heart. My stories are filled with emotions. I listen to people and get ideas
What advice would you give other writers?
Be sensual without being graphic.
Have dialogue. No one wants to read blocks of writing. They like to see spaces. It helps the eyes
How did you decide how to publish your books?
After enough rejections I read and read and read and then took matters into my own hands.
Educate yourself, know what you are going into. There are plenty books and websites and groups to learn from.
What do you think about the future of book publishing?
Ebooks are the wave of the future. That medium can only grow while print will decrease

Romantic memoir, nonfiction, contemporary romance
